Arts Audiences have commissioned Susan Hallam to develop a seven part digital marketing training toolbox that will give you the confidence to access your audiences in a competitive and cost effective manner.
The toolbox has been created especially for the cultural sector and is hoped it will allow arts organisations to access training in the area of digital marketing in a way which suits their needs. Training has been designed at Level 1 for those in need of basic training; and at a more advanced level for those who already have those skills in place. Areas covered include search engine optimization, best practice web design, web analytics, social media marketing, and email marketing and online advertising. Training is offered through online videos and downloadable workbooks.
