Awakening — a celebration of Spring

ArtWorks (Mark Smith – Community Artist) is working with a number of acclaimed musicians on the 1st of February next Wednesday to celebrate the first day of Spring. They will be running a workshop with service users of Navan RehabCare that morning with the aim of creating a new piece of music that will sum up the beginning of Spring — the new buds on the trees, the singing of the birds and the freshness of new growth in the air. This new arrangement of music will then be preformed in Solstice Arts Centre in Navan as a Lunch Time Recital (1.00pm). Come along and enjoy the event entitled Awakening.
A fresh new Season is about to begin, lets celebrate it together by looking forward.
